Dealing with TMJ Headache
The condition of the ATM can be very uncomfortable and painful. Moreover, for patients with TMJ pain not only may involve the jaw area. A TMJ patient may also suffer from a headache of ATM.

Some doctors can only prescribe an analgesic or anti-anti-inflammatory drugs help relieve the pain of a headache associated ATM. What you must remember is that while a headache is caused by the ATM on your condition of the TMJ. Therefore, it follows that you can treat your headache better to address the problem of the ATM.
Like any health condition, the ATM can be treated and considered from different angles. However, you could try to manage your condition yourself ATM. There is a possibility that your condition may be stress related. If this is the case, you have to do is find ways to relax. You can enroll in formal meditation or yoga classes or just might find activities that you find relaxing. It is also necessary to take a mental note of the situations when suddenly feels to go tense and relax.
