What kind of headache I have and what should I do?

I've been having a pain, but swollen tight at the temples of the head to the top ears. The pain will sometimes cause nausea for me. And there are times when I press her fingers on the areas that I mentioned and it feels very sore and swollen a little. What could this be and what should I do? Do not want to continue to take Advil and Tylenol … there are other things I can do?
