What is the best medicine for headache?

Every time I go home after work, I'm dizzy and felt like my arms and feet are so painful. What do you think is the best medicine for that? Im worse.

I can take an Aleve and two ibuprofen and that usually works. If you dizzy make sure you eat something for the blood sugar back and soak your feet in Epsom salt and warm water to soothe the pain away.
