What is the difference between the state migraine, chronic daily headache, migraine and transformed?

I have migraines that seem never end and I do not respond well to treatment. When I'm not having pain, I'm having the other symptoms. I had a headache specialist who told me I had chronic daily headache and migraine. How I can be sure that they are just regular migraine with chronic daily headaches?
