Migraine symptoms?

I have migraines, but last night I had no symptoms i normally have. Can anyone tell me if this is normal? after becoming nausea at first I have a dull headache on the right side of my head, then part of the right side was tingling / numbness in a couple of minutes and throuhgout night I felt very cold on the right side of my body. Still I have a dull headache and chills on my right side.

I had the same feeling tingling happen, but never numb. Migraines change / modify the symptoms over time, but if you do not feel chills and may be a sign of a very little more dangerous disease. Please go see a doctor!
