I wake up most mornings with a headache, any idea why?
I very rarely drink alcohol and get at least 8 hours of sleep, but I get up every morning with the majority of a headache. Sometimes they go in the first hour or so and then sometimes persist throughout the day. Although I say I have eight hours of sleep I'm a light sleeper and my sleep is interrupted, probably four times per night (children waking up and going to the bathroom). I do not know what treatment, but I'm tired of dealing with headaches.
