I need help with migraine relief?
I have 17 years and have suffered from migraine pain throughout my life but I'm too young to visit a pain clinic. Recently I've been seeing a neurologist with no relief. I have repeatedly been admitted to the emergency room, and has been taking prescription pills many people out of luck, in fact I've been taking it for so long and so often suffer from rebound headaches now. Also I'm taking protein, calcium and magnesium supplements daily in the morning of Acai Berry Juice. I want to try a new diet to improve my chances to experience relief, any ideas? I'm lactose intolerant and do not do well with meat. I'm still in high school so a diet where I'm supposed to eat every two hours is not very useful. Any diet advice? Im not trying to lose weight, I have only just begun to eat a healthy diet.
