Can a doctor force me to change medications for headache?

Can a doctor force me to change medications for pain head? My dr says my dr company is stressing you. I take Xanax for anxiety and headaches fiorocet as needed and I think it worked well for me. The doctor wants me to put in imitrix and some pills that requires daily dose that I am not comfortable. I have intermittent FMLA time work per day as needed basis. My work made my doctor recommended me to a neurologist who does not seem out my best interest. When the doctor posts in contact with him said that I will be well when my condition is in fact a chronic disease with stress headaches and anxiety. I told the doctor who can make me loose my job because there is 0 tolerance for lost days at a call center without prior authorization from a doctor. What should I do? I can not get another neurologist or a lawyer? I need help and do not want lose my job in the call center. I need my job.
