What is the way to stop the neighbors make noise?
My life is completely miserable now. I live in an apartment on 2nd floor and my neighbors live upstairs in a house building. The tenant recently with wooden floor and her children used to play in the room and make a lot of noise every day. The tenant lady use hard shoes while working at home waiting and makes sound annonoying give me a headache in the morning. Housing Association has not taken quick action. As they walk, run or jump on the floor, popping sound composition. Please advise how I can get rid of this problem?
