5 Tips to reduce the headache

If you always suffer from headaches being locked in the office all day, you're not alone. These pains headache is often accompanied by fatigue and tired eyes, that is due more to the office environment than anything else.

It makes you lose concentration and interest and ended up feeling irritable and unproductive.

But wait, before you start to reach such a painkiller tablet, try these five tips first and see if they help.

1) Air cooler

Most air-conditioned office buildings, where the fresh air supply is poor. Air quality worsens with chemicals released by the air conditioning system, air fresheners, insecticides, pesticides and pollutants existing in the building. When we breathe in these harmful substances, it is no surprise that we have headaches.

The best way is to open the office windows regularly to let fresh air, although this is almost impossible in most office buildings of great height.

Another option is to leave the buildings in time for a breather. It can also help improve air quality by installation of air purifiers and / or filters and ensure regular cleaning and maintenance of air conditioning in offices.

2) Your Eyes need breathing too

If you overwork our eyes, could lead to headaches as well. This is because the muscles around the eyes is cramping, which highlight the optic nerves connect to our brain.

Ideally, after each hour focusing on the computer or documents we try to look at a distance from a high place for 5 minutes to give our eyes a rest.

If the problem persists, go to a check with your optometrist to find out if now is the time you need a new pair of glasses.

3) Your mind a seated position

Many of us can not be aware that poor posture sitting can impede blood flow, causing headaches. As a rule, always keep the head aligned with spine, and wrists straight and aligned with the forearms. That's why our chairs are very important to give a good back support to avoid bending.

Avoid habits that can strain your muscles, causing headaches, for example, we love to take the phone between shoulder and ear to talk on the phone while our hands are still on the keyboard. In the long run, we can develop headaches due to the prolonged effort of the muscles.

4) Stress is the murderer

Stress, along with the exhaustion and anxiety, could easily lead to headaches or tension in the muscles of the neck. Although this is inevitable in all our fast paced environment, must somehow learn to "out" stress.

We can stop working for a while to play a joke or two with colleagues, or enjoy a break of ten minutes of tea in the pantry. Sometimes a little distraction is good for us.

5) DIY light massage with fingers hammer

Rest your hands on top of the head to each side and spread your fingers. Using your fingers, start knocking lightly on top and sides, at least 10 times in each area. Arriving at the sides of the head, slowly massaging the areas with the fingers to relieve the pressure. Do this for at least 10 minutes or until you feel relaxed.

Head massage with the palms

Place palms on top of the head and start massaging from the top and sides. You can adjust the pressure applied according to your needs. After that, use your fingers to comb the head like you're combing your hair, but the pressure must be greater than his hair combed. This is also a way to massage the acupuncture points on the head to feel relaxed.
