Does anyone have a meal or a trick that cures headaches?
I have 12 years but I get migranes and small headaches. my doctor I can give you medicine for migraine but the smallest are annoying and I can not take Tylenol at school or anything. Is there a food i can carry in your bag or put in my locker if I get a headache? including some pressure point or something that actually works would be nice. please help!
peanuts … always and when you're not allergic to them. About 20 years ago, I was seeing a doctor who had a brain tumor. I had found some research on groundnut help different types of headaches, and tried him and found him helped. I had just started migraines and told me to eat a handful of peanuts (not peanut butter) each time the headache is coming. has worked for me for regular headaches, and reduced the pain – at times – Mild migraine. no can not hurt to try it, they are cheap and nutritious. We hope this has been useful.
