Is there any way to avoid tension / migraine headache caused by using a computer or a mobile phone?
A friend of mine who is in her 60's just bought a laptop and is desperate to be able to use – however, she has found that its use for any length of weather is making you feel sick. For some time, she has found that reading a book or using a mobile phone gives the feeling of "heavy" at the top of his head on the forehead, pain behind the eyes. It also begins to feel tired, sleepy and sometimes a little nausea. This can last for several days a while, and has begun to occur at any time she uses the laptop. She is wearing glasses, but one finds optical lenses their vision and and everything seems fine. Her GP referred her to an MRI scan but showed nothing abnormal. painkillers do not help, and she has tried everything type of alternative therapies, crystal healing, reflexology, but nothing seems to help. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there any way around it? Would a big difference in her being able to use the laptop.
I used to have this. First make sure the light on the monitor is not too bright, should be a switch to adjust light. I also think if the monitor is too close to give me pains behind my eyes. Move the monitor of a reasonable distance you. Hoping that you have made some adjustments you should be fine. THW If this is the first time you've used a computer that has a time to get used to it.
