Will taking of the main causes of caffeine headaches?

I used to drink lots of soda and I would like to have continuous headaches. So I stopped drinking soda and only began to drink and healthy eating. I tried to find out if caffeine is the cause of my headaches by drinking soft drinks with caffeine and I always end up with a headache. Is it because of the caffeine or sugar or what?

I'm not entirely sure, but probably. May cause pain in the legs and irritablility. Definitely quiting caffeine can give you headaches.
